Payment & Shipping
We currently only deliver to Germany. Delivery is exclusively via DHL and/or UPS.
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
Shipping costs
- Shipping within Germany 🇩🇪 costs a flat rate of €5.90.
- Orders with a value of at least €100 are shipped free of charge within Germany.
- Shipping within the EU 🇪🇺 costs a flat rate of €13.99.
- For orders with a minimum value of €150 within the EU, we charge €6.90 shipping costs; shipping within the EU is free for orders of €300.00 or more.
- For shipments to countries outside the EU, additional taxes or fees (e.g., customs duties) may apply to your order. These are not collected or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
- Shipping to countries outside the EU 🇨🇭 costs a flat rate of €19.00.
