1st Place Hockenheimring

Many of you know that we love our inflatable furniture because it's flexible, cozy, and simply uncomplicated. But did you also know that it's absolutely race-ready? Last weekend, we put it to the test – and what can we say? We're still a little hoarse from cheering!

We participated in the ADAC eCompetition 24h Race at Hockenheimring. And we didn't just participate: Together with the factory drivers from Kia Germany, we secured 1st place in the commercial vehicle class!

For Team Stuff Bubble, Benni and Markus were behind the wheel of the brand-new Kia PV5. Anyone thinking of screeching tires and daring overtakes is only half right, however. The eCompetition wasn't about who pressed the gas pedal hardest, but who managed their energy most cleverly. Range was the magic word – and our strategy paid off perfectly.

More than just a trophy: The ultimate endurance test Of course, the trophy looks great in our office. But for us, the weekend was much more: It was the ultimate check for our furniture in the new Kia PV5 (both in the passenger and cargo variants).

During race breaks, there was no uncomfortable sitting around on folding chairs. In the cargo model, we quickly set up our inflatable kitchen and our bed. This allowed Benni and Markus to truly relax and recharge between their turns.

And because such a victory must be celebrated, our pit lane became a meeting point for everyone: From our inflatable kitchens, cocktails and apple spritzers flowed directly from the integrated taps. Who would have thought that a kitchen would fit so well in a pit lane?

We are incredibly proud of this success – not only because of the placement, but because we were able to show that our vision of mobile freedom also works under extreme 24-hour conditions.
